Reviews Word on the street for the HTC One

9.0
The HTC One M8 Harman/Kardon Edition is exclusive to Sprint in the US, and for $30 more you get better audio quality, a spiffy set of Harman/Kardon AE (Audio Enhanced) $150 earbuds in the box and the option to buy the very good, both sonically and in terms of design, HK Onyx Studio Bluetooth speaker for $99 (it lists for $399).

8.5
Basically, the HTC One’s 1080p video recording quality is missing that level of sharpness and clarity, but at least everything else seems to be up to snuff with today’s standards.

10.0
The LCD display comes protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and offers great viewing angles.

9.5
Impressively, further image adjustments can be made using a row of +/- 2EV sliders for exposure, contrast, colour saturation and sharpness, which is more than most handsets offer 'smartphone photographers.
